I understand that if I do not show for 3 appts without cancelling, my online account will be DISABLED. I may have to meet with the UWC or CAE Director before I can make online appts again. *

I understand that appointments labeled BAO (By Appointment Only) must be scheduled 24 hours in advance or the timeslot is removed. *
